Integrity Data Recovery provides professional data recovery and digital forensic services for HDDs, SSDs, USB drives, SD cards, RAID arrays, and other storage media. Services include diagnostics, data extraction, analysis, and secure deletion.
Data recovery is inherently unpredictable. While we use professional tools and techniques, we cannot guarantee that any data will be successfully recovered.
Our “No Data = No Charge” policy applies only when no data whatsoever can be recovered. Partial recovery, regardless of the amount, is subject to full service fees.

All service fees, including partial recovery, must be paid in full prior to return of recovered data.
Estimates are provided based on diagnostics but may change if additional work is required. Payment methods will be communicated by the Company.

You acknowledge that Integrity Data Recovery is not liable for any loss, corruption, or damage to data arising from our services or any other cause.
We are not responsible for the contents of recovered data. Submission of your device assumes all risk associated with data recovery.

Recovered data may be temporarily stored on our local secure storage for up to 90 days after service completion.
Once data is returned or 90 days have passed, it will be securely deleted. We take reasonable precautions to secure data, but cannot guarantee against unauthorized access, theft, or accidental deletion.

Clients must provide accurate device information and maintain backups. Devices must not contain illegal or stolen content. Submission constitutes acceptance of all risks. The client understands and accepts that sensitive content may be viewed by the analyst.
We make every reasonable effort to avoid physical damage, but some devices may degrade further during recovery. Clients accept these risks upon submission.
All client data and related information are treated as confidential and will only be disclosed to the client or as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia.
By submitting your device for recovery, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and accept the inherent risks of data recovery, payment, retention, and liability provisions.
